DIRECTOR POSITIONS

Chief Development Officer: Extraordinary opportunity for a senior level executive to serve as Chief Development Officer (CDO) for a successful nonprofit healthcare organization located near Tampa Bay, Florida. Manatee Glens is a specialty hospital and outpatient practice for mental health and addictions headquartered in Bradenton. We are seeking an individual to lead in the creation and nurturing of the organization’s philanthropic culture, and the development of financial resources to allow us to expand our mission and serve those in our community. 

The CDO will be responsible for building individual, corporate and funder relationships to produce new, and strengthen existing, philanthropic streams of revenue for Manatee Glens.  They will provide leadership for the planning and successful implementation of all aspects of the development strategic plan, including friend-raising and fundraising, development of revenue projections and expense budgets, and programs for giving.  The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in major gift fundraising and business development, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a proactive entrepreneurial style, initiative, and the ability to develop and implement focused plans.  The individual will be a dynamic leader who translates a vision into concrete, measurable results.

#910 Director of Marketing: Plan and execute local, regional and national marketing and direct sales strategy that meets and exceeds budgeted targets for private payer volume at a  specialty behavioral health hospital and outpatient practice headquartered near Tampa Bay in Bradenton, Florida.  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Behavioral Health Related field of study preferred. A minimum of five years marketing and sales experience preferably with a healthcare company.  Highly motivated, independent self-starter with strong organization, planning, customer relations, data analysis, computer and communication skills welcome to apply.
