OFFICE AND ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS

#5193 (40 hours) Secretary Specialist: Answers and routes calls on a fast paced high volume switchboard.  Provide information and referrals to agency and community services as appropriate. Requires previous receptionist experience with multi-line phone systems.   Position will also provide some clerical support.  Must have superb customer service skills, patience, and be a strong team player.  High school diploma or equivalent required.

#6501 (40 hrs) Fiscal Specialist: Coordinates self-pay collection, making payment arrangements.  Also processes client payments, works aged accounts and runs aging reports, with some insurance collection and processing of insurance remittances and denials. High school diploma or equivalent required, some billing or accounts receivable experience desired.  Must be organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and maintain a fast pace.  Must possess good computer skills, have great customer service skills and be a strong team player as this is a heavy client contact position. 

#5042 Client Records Tech (20 hrs): Maintain and monitor client records, perform data entry, answer the phone, wait on customers, and prepare reports.  High School diploma or equivalent required.  Must be a self-starter, motivated, dependable and reliable individual with strong customer service, filing (alpha and numeric), data entry, organization, and computer skills.  This is a fast-paced office, so the ability to multitask, maintain an attention to detail, and work well with others as a member of the team is a must.

SUPPORT SERVICES POSITIONS

#5069 (40 hrs) Maintenance Worker: Provides general maintenance services in the hospital setting.  General knowledge and experience in building maintenance, including painting, plumbing, carpentry and some electrical required.  Hours are Mon-Fri, 7:30am to 4:00pm.

F/T and P/T Positions (20hours+) have an excellent benefits package available.
