Children’s Community Action Treatment Team (CAT)
Provides comprehensive community-based services to children and youth ages 5-18 and their families who have been identified with intensive mental health and substance abuse diagnosis.

Provides comprehensive community treatment, rehabilitation and support services to ndividuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses.

Inpatient Programs   

#5076 (40 hrs) Case Manager – Inpatient:  Ensures continuity of care to clients through case management services. Completes psycho socials and patient/family interviews, arranges discharge planning, and acts as an active team member.  Links clients and their families to needed resources to help improve the quality of life for the client. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Social Work (BSW). One year of case management experience in a mental health setting and knowledge of community services is helpful, but not required. Strong communication, teaming and time management skills necessary.

The Hospital and CSU units will have a new schedule starting January 27 for Nurses and Tech's. 

• The majority of positions will be Full-time, 36 hours/week with three rotating 12 hour shifts.
• Day shifts are 7am-7:30 pm and night shifts are 7pm-7:30am.
• Positions include at least two Saturday or two Sunday shifts a month.

Registered / Licensed Practical Nurse:  Provide variety of nursing care services to clients.  Requires current Florida License with psychiatric experience.
